We are not a culinary school. This experiential environment is meant to give young people a place to gain and hone skills that will serve them regardless of the career path they choose. In our 18-week fellowship, we pay our fellows for their full-time work, giving them a space to learn while sustaining themselves and their families. We focus on the following:
